Will the AI sound like a robot?

No. It samples your existing replies and writes in your voice. Three tone presets: warm, professional, playful. Every reply is yours to approve before posting.

What about sensitive reviews — medical complaints, refunds, complications?

ReviewPilot detects sensitive reviews and routes them to you instead of drafting. You handle those personally; we only auto-draft the routine "thanks for the great visit!" ones.

Will Google penalize AI-drafted replies?

No. Google's guidelines focus on authenticity, not authorship. Most reply tools (Podium, Spokk, others) use AI today. Nothing posts without your approval unless you opt into auto-post.
