These Terms govern your use of ReviewPilot ("ReviewPilot," "Service") provided by Togtuun LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18, authorized to bind your business, and located in the United States.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. One account per business. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
ReviewPilot connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth, drafts proposed replies to Google reviews using Anthropic Claude, posts replies you approve to Google Business Profile, and sends a one-time SMS to phone numbers you provide requesting a Google review.
ReviewPilot does not provide medical, legal, or accounting advice; replace your booking system; or guarantee specific review counts, ratings, or rankings.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of replies you approve. Review every drafted reply before approving. If you enable auto-post, you accept responsibility for those auto-posted replies.
You represent that every phone number you upload belongs to a person who has provided that number to your business and consented to receive transactional SMS, and is not on any do-not-contact list. You are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, CAN-SPAM, and any state law. Improper SMS use can result in TCPA penalties of $500–$1,500 per message.
You will not use ReviewPilot to manipulate, fake, or solicit fake reviews; in violation of Google's terms; to send SMS for purposes other than a one-time review request; reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or upload PHI, credit card numbers, or government IDs.
Replies drafted by the Service are generated by an AI model. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before posting. The Service is a tool, not an editorial substitute, and Company is not responsible for the content of replies you approve and post.
$149 USD per month per business, billed monthly via Stripe. 30-day free trial, no credit card required to start. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
ReviewPilot software, documentation, designs, and trademarks belong to Company. You retain all rights to your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to provide the Service.
We use Supabase, Anthropic, Twilio, Stripe, Cloudflare, Plausible, and Google Workspace. We give 14 days' notice of new subprocessors via email.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not currently provide SLA credits during the beta phase. Email support at support@togtuun.com; response within 1 business day during the beta phase.
You can cancel anytime; data is available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. We may terminate immediately for material breach (non-payment, abuse, illegal use).
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, company's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any claim arising from your content, your SMS list and consent practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE TO BE FILLED IN]. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. Jury trial waived. Class actions waived.
Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
